Privacy

This page covers two things: this website, and the Google app "Valisthea n8n Portfolio" that my portfolio builds use.

Effective 4 November 2026.

This website

This site is run by Rudolph Alejandria, who works under the name No Yes Men.

The site has no sign-up, no forms and no analytics. It sets no tracking cookies. The only things it stores in your browser are whether you picked light or dark mode and whether you picked less motion, so the page remembers them next time.

A few outside services are involved, and each has its own privacy policy:

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and may keep standard request logs, such as your IP address and browser type.
  • Google Fonts serves the typeface, so your browser asks Google for the font files.
  • Calendly handles booking. You only reach it if you click "Book a call".
  • YouTube hosts the build videos. The video thumbnails are served from this site, so nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Pressing play loads YouTube's player from youtube-nocookie.com, which then connects to Google's video and image servers. "Watch on YouTube" opens YouTube.

The Valisthea n8n Portfolio Google app

"Valisthea n8n Portfolio" is a Google sign-in app I set up so my n8n automation builds can connect to Google Sheets and Google Drive. It is not offered to the public. I am its only user, and it runs from my own copy of n8n on my laptop.

The files it works on are my own Google Sheets and Drive files. They hold sample data for Valisthea Psychiatry, a made-up practice. No real patients, clients or customers are in them.

What it can access, and why

Open and save the Google Sheets and Drive files the builds work on, limited to files the app creates or is given.

Read and write rows in the demo Google Sheets, such as the pay run and intake sheets.

Find those files by name and folder, and check when they last changed.

How the data is handled

  • Data from Google is used only to run the automations shown in my portfolio.
  • It is not sold, shared with anyone, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
  • The sign-in token is kept only inside my local n8n on my laptop. Nothing from Google is copied to a server of mine, because there is none.
  • To remove the app's access, open myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove "Valisthea n8n Portfolio". The token stops working at once.

Valisthea n8n Portfolio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
